Return and Refund Policy

Assalamu Alaikum,

  1. For Faulty or Incorrect Products:
    • You can return the product directly to the delivery agent at the time of delivery if it is damaged or incorrect.
  2. For Mind Change or Other Reasons:
    • If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind, unavailability at the delivery location, or dissatisfaction with the product, you will only need to pay the delivery charge:
      • Inside Dhaka: 70/-
      • Outside Dhaka: 130/-
  3. Conditions for Return:
    • Products used for more than a day, washed, or unboxed sealed products without defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • If a defect is found within 7 days of use, the product can be exchanged but not returned for a refund.
  4. Return for Refund or Exchange:
    • If you want to return the product for a refund or exchange, you must fill out the form within 7 business days:

  5. Form Submission Required:
    • Claims will only be addressed if you fill out the provided form. Customer care or Messenger queries without form submission will not be considered valid. If you face any issues filling out the form, please notify our customer care.

  6. Refund Process:
    • For refund claims, the product must be returned to our warehouse. Once the product is received and verified in its original condition, the refund will be processed.
    • Refunds typically take 7-15 business days to complete.
